A stunning collection of some of the various types of projects completed by Luke Kelley Construction. They showcase the multi-faceted skills that are utilized by Luke, from the exceptional carpentry work to exquisite tile work in the many styles of new bathroom tubs and showers. A wide range of construction products are available. Structurally sound decks and porches of any size or style can be built with the customers own style choice. They may be attached to the house or surrounding a pool. Outside renovations such as application of many types of new or replacement siding and stone veneers are available. Installation of tile, laminate or hardwood flooring will bring beauty to your home. Many customized wood projects are available like hand made sliding barn doors, a cedar encased pool pavilion and this wood sided garden shed. Project 1

New shower installation, complete with undulating subway tile, solid glass door, linear drain and large niche and accents using hexagonal porcelain and glass mosaic tile.

Project 2

Unique all time shower designed with an abbrieviated wall and a rainfall showerhead, which eliminates the need for a shower curtain. A hand-held showerhead was also installed. Customized niche with herringbone tilework and a build-in seat added for comfort and convenience.

A Black Grid Style French Corner style shower stall is very striking in this bathroom with marble tile, custom sized niche and laminate plank flooring

Project 4

A complete bathroom remodel. The existing stamped ceiling was matched after removing a header above the shower and adding a new light. New tilework, flooring, vanity, toilet and lights (with Bluetooth capabilities) were added.

Rustic bathroom created with handmade solid oak panel door, oak trim, and solid cherry double bowl vanity, all milled and made from rough lumber by Luke. New plumbing fixtures, lighting, shelves and mirrors added.

A ‘small spaces’ bathroom renovation. A pedestal sink and wainscoting with new contrasting paint added charm to this quaint little bathroom.

Project 7

Custom made radius base for a shower stall. Brushed nickel trim was applied around glass mosaic tile. An old vinyl tile floor was replaced with porcelain that has a non-slip surface.

Construction of this sturdy deck was possible during the winter, in spite of the cold and snow.

Luke Kelley Construction diversity includes Pool Decks. This deck was built to partially surround the already installed above ground pool. Beauty and utility are all part of the package.

A makeover for this concrete deck and stairs, includes Trex decking and all new white vinyl railing to brighten up the entry to this home.

Rebuild of recent poorly constructed deck that no other contractors would touch. This sturdy deck construction will stand the test of time and last for decades.

Project 13

A complete contemporary kitchen remodel from the ceiling down to the ceramic wood look tile flooring. All new granite countertop, farm sink, fixtures, appliances, and cabinetry were installed with some touchless under cabinet lighting and a retractable ceiling fan.

After 50+ years, this customer had a complete kitchen makeover with a much lighter color cabinetry of her choice and all new appliances installed. She chose an elegant glass tile backsplash to accent the new cabinets.

Hickory cabinets, and new countertops were added to this cabin‘s kitchen remodel along with a new farm sink and hardwood flooring.

Project 16

Kitchen renovation that required the removal of a load bearing wall, and relocation of ductwork, to create an open view between the kitchen and dining room. An island with more countertop space was added. And the remaining countertop was re-laminated and a new glass tile backsplash installed.

Project 18

New addition enclosed porch was built onto this home complete with new stairs and railing. Interior is finished with tongue and groove wood paneling, ceiling fan, and screened windows.

Porch renovation from the foundation up. All old floor joists and stairs were removed, and new floor supports were added. New decking was installed with contrasting white vinyl railing and new stairs.

Pool pavilion constructed and encased in cedar. Customized with hand-built added storage, and built-in countertop bar and lighting.

Rustic Garden Shed built from rough hemlock that will deter the insects.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom remodel. All the old plaster and plumbing was removed. A spacious shower and new vanity were added with updated lighting. The old plaster ceiling in the bedroom was removed and changed to a vaulted ceiling with handmade custom 20+ foot long beams. The room was encased completely with all cedar tongue and groove paneling. A sliding barn door was designed and built to complete this rustic look.

Replacement of old deteriorating wood shake siding with new cedar shake look Vinyl siding on the gable ends of this older home.

Stacked Stone Veneer was added to accent the new siding that was installed on this home.

Hardwood oak flooring replaced outdoor carpeting for this old farmhouse. New windows and a sliding glass door were added to update this porch.

Luke Kelley Construction can apply durable epoxy paint to concrete floors like this one that was contracted for a local veterinary office.

New construction installation of an electric 80-gallon hot water tank. All plumbing for tank was meticulously done by Luke Kelley Construction.
